Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. During periods of high order volume, processing may take up to a few business days. Custom Blend orders require mixing before shipment and are included in this processing window.

Shipping We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS. Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Delays Barebone Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or circumstances outside of our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
